Challenge
The brand licensing industry was traditionally dominated by "cold calls," manual spreadsheets, and fragmented communication. Negosh needed to move from an initial concept to a robust Version 2.0 that could support different types of users like licensees, licensors and multi-brand agencies, streamlining complex legal workflows on a conversational interface, building trust with high-tier brands.
Process
Understand
We began by aligning business goals with user needs through stakeholder remote sessions. To identify friction points in the legacy version, performing a track-based UX audit.
Define
Using insights from the audit, we mapped the end-to-end user journey. Then we established the look and feel through mood boards and style tiles.
Prototype
I translated requirements into low-fidelity wireframes to validate logic and information architecture early. These were then evolved into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
Hand-Off
We created spaces that maintained close collaboration with the engineering team through regular dev meetings. I delivered a comprehensive UI Kit library and detailed documentation.

Results
Version 2.0 helped transforming the platform into a high-trust digital marketplace that grew to serve over 600 brands and licensees across 25+ countries. The 'Deal Room' conversational experience replaced fragmented email threads with an integrated, real-time negotiation hub.
These enhancements enabled brand licensees and licensors—including global leaders like the NBA and Jazwares—to collaborate on complex licensing terms and documentation in a single environment. By simplifying these high-friction legal and financial workflows, the 2.0 redesign successfully reduced the deal-closing cycle and positioned Negosh as the preeminent digital facilitator for the $300B+ licensing industry.
