Challenge

Our goal was to evolve these proven paper-based curricula into a cohesive digital ecosystem. We had to remain agile and adaptable as the project roadmap and scope shifted rapidly due to the sudden global move toward remote learning in 2020. Since I worked in this project for more than 3 years, the story will be shown using a timeline format.

Main Takeaways

  • User-Led Iteration: We conducted weekly group sessions directly with the curriculum authors, allowing us to test and refine the experience in real-time.

  • Intuitive by Design: Feedback from these sessions confirmed the tool felt natural and easy to navigate for content creators.

  • Market Readiness: The next step for this product is to become a teacher ready version to compete with other tools in the market. The MVP was ready to take this step.

  • Long-term Value: Since the 2019 MVP release, the platform has continued to scale and evolve to meet the needs of a growing user base.
